FORHEAT is engineered for environments where additional front-cover heating is essential. It delivers powerful protection against frost and moisture for LED light lenses used outdoors, in railway systems, and in the automotive industry. The technology is equally effective for camera housings and cover glass on LCD or E-Ink displays.

The defrosting effect is achieved either through a transparent conductive layer or through non-transparent conductive tracks, which can be customized in both length and shape. Every solution is tailored to the specific requirements of your application.

Different materials

Used material is always based on the customer’s application. For transparent solutions we use FORECO, SiNano or ITO; for non-transparent we use silver-paste traces.

Versatile integration

Works seamlessly with glass or PET. Standalone heating foil can be bonded to various materials such as metal or plexiglass.

Standalone option

Delivered as ready-to-bond foil for quick and easy integration or already optically bonded to customized coverglass, plexiglass any other material with smooth surface.

Environmentally friendly option FORECO

Our FORECO organic material provides all possibilities similar to ITO, but with sustainability in mind. The material is characterized by over 90 % optical transparency while maintaining a sheet resistance of under 200 Ω/□. Its neutral spectral profile ensures true-to-life color rendering.
